By now you’ve been overwhelmed with information pertaining to COVID-19 and you’ve been blasted with the omnipresence of cultural anxiety. You have been negatively affected by this pandemic in many ways: family illness, employment stress, school cancellations, canceled races, delayed family trips, etc. It’s OK to be sad—it’s because you care.
